Media Predicts 2009, held on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, brought another outstanding program to a sell-out crowd from the valley’s largest corporations and agencies. The Computer History Museum buzzed with anticipation and excitement, even as the country faced possibly its toughest economy in decades. The insights shared by this year’s media luminaries were right on target, with predictions about what was ahead of attendees in the coming year, and discussion about what the biggest issues, technologies and trends would be as well. Thanks to our sponsors, the PRSA Silicon Valley was able to keep attendance costs low and attendees at the dinner gala enjoyed a celebratory holiday atmosphere and positive outlook despite doom and gloom headlines.
