Educacy is a parent-based non-profit dedicated to the advocacy of K-12 education reform. Our organization was founded as a result of the ever-increasing budget cuts that have forced massive teacher lay-offs, rising class sizes, and the elimination of critical services and programs in California public schools. Our vision is to build a powerful parent network and become a key player in the policy-making decisions that directly affect students through:

1. Increased Education Funding
2. Local Control
3. Teacher Empowerment
4. A Well-Rounded Education

As we are a very new organization, we are seeking pro-bono public relations assistance to promote Educacy to the education, consumer, and government press and distribute 1 - 2 press releases/month. Time required will be approximately 6 - 8 hours/month, and in exchange, we will feature you as a sponsor on our website.
