CKR Interactive, a full-service marketing communications firm that specializes in recruitment and employment communications, is seeking an interactive marketing manager to join our award-winning team. In this unique role you'll raise awareness of CKR Interactive among current and prospective clients by developing and executing a broad range of marketing programs. More specifically, the responsibilities are as follows:

  • Raising awareness of CKR Interactive within the HR and recruitment community through public/media relations outreach, as well as published articles and commentary
  • Managing agency responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Maintaining CKR Interactive's social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, and expanding the agency's social media presence as appropriate
  • Developing an agency blog and overseeing content updates for the agency's new corporate site (scheduled to launch this fall) 
  • Promoting agency speaking engagements and conference appearances
  • Cultivating agency partnerships with key vendors to ensure the delivery of additional products and services that are of value to the agency's client base

You'll also have an opportunity to work with our account services team to develop client social media strategies and provide monthly social media metrics reports and recommendations. Finally, you will be responsible for supervising the marketing of BAJobs.com, a leading job board for Bay Area employers.

Ideally, you will possess the following characteristics and qualifications:

  • 3 to 6 years of B2B interactive marketing experience to include 1 to 2 years of social media marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of effective social media marketing practices
  • Excellent writing skills across a broad range of media channels
  • Ability to develop and manage annual marketing budgets

In addition, you must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, advertising or public relations, and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in achieving annual marketing goals. Familiarity with HR and recruitment marketing is a plus, but not required. Strong presentation skills are highly desirable.
